This little guy is very sweet. His hair coat is a lot longer than my other donkeys but I don't know if he would be considered a "wooly". This Summer he didn't shed out short hair like my other donkeys. It was still 1"- 1 1/2" long. He has a nice front and rear. If you're looking for a dark spot and small.....here you go!

When he sheds he looks black/white. But as Summer went on he looks faded, so he looks Blk/Brn/White Spot.

Tootsie is a sweetheart. Her easy manner and trusting temperament are real assets. We trimmed her mane, tail, and chin without any restraint. She never moved a muscle. Same thing with her hooves, all the way around, she never objected. She travels straight, has a good bite, and has a nice rump. She has an interesting pedigree with spots, a frosted white (Fisher's Ghost) and rose-duns (sorrel producers) in her almost completely full pedigree. The photos above were taken on May 26th, 2003, a few days after she was body clipped. Her spots darkened back up in a few weeks. Tootsie sells open.

She produces either a Dark Sorrel or a Blk/Brn like herself when bred to a Dk Sorrel Jack. The Dk Sorrel foals that she's had are the really dark rich Red. I am keeping a couple of her Dk Sorrel Daughters to keep her line going. She has superb conformation like her Mother "My World Holly" (at Half Ass Acres, TN, on their Brood Jenny Page). I couldn't fault Holly's conformation at all. When El sheds out she looks almost black!

This Gal is Windcrest Porcha's Mother. She's such a sweet girl that loves lots of hugs. She does have really good conformation, but a little over weight. She needs to be on a dry lot and VERY, VERY SLOWLY cut back on her hay to help her loose some weight and keep her at an even weight. When I got her from a local person the front hooves were so very long. It was very sad. I don't know why hers were like that either, she was easy to trim. My Farrier has her feet looking normal now!

She was bred to Ass-prin Acres Andiamo, 31" Dk Sorrel (Herd Sire Page) and she had a jennet foal.
